To help new employees quickly integrate into the company culture, enhance professional qualities, and strengthen team cohesion, our company held a new employee orientation on March 25. New employees gathered together to embark on their new career journey. This training, themed "Dreams Set Sail, Creating the Future Together," provided a platform for learning, communication, and growth through systematic course settings and diverse activities.

Message to the Future, Gathering Strength

At the beginning of the training, the company's general manager, Lin Zichen, attended and delivered a speech. He warmly welcomed the new employees to the company and encouraged everyone to cherish opportunities, take on responsibilities, and achieve a win-win situation for personal value and corporate development. The HR director, Li Xiugui, provided a detailed introduction to the company's History, Culture, and future strategic planning, giving new employees a more comprehensive understanding of the company.

Solidify the Foundation, Enhance Skills

This training course was rich in content and diverse in form, covering various aspects such as Culture, rules and regulations, professional qualities, and professional skills. The company specially invited internal senior lecturers to help new employees quickly master the basic skills required for their positions through interactive teaching methods such as case analysis, group discussions, and situational simulations.

Recognize Excellence, Look to the Future

At the graduation ceremony, the company recognized 8 outstanding trainees during the training period and awarded them "Outstanding Trainee" certificates. A representative of the new employees stated in a speech: "This training made me feel the company's emphasis and care for new employees.
