Electric actuator straight stroke single seat regulating valve features introduced
Straight-through single-seat regulating valve is shown in the figure. Straight-through single-seat regulating valve has a valve core and a valve seat. In the figure, the valve stem is connected with the valve core. When the actuator is displaced in a straight line, the valve core is driven by the valve stem. The upper cover plate is used to compress the packing, and the upper valve cover is connected with the valve body by bolts for the center positioning of the valve stem and the valve core. The valve seat and the upper valve cover are used to ensure the central positioning of the valve core and the valve seat, and when the valve core moves, the flow area of the fluid is changed, thereby changing the manipulated variable and realizing the function of adjusting the fluid flow. The spool guide in the figure adopts the top guide mode. Some straight-through single-seat regulating valves adopt top-bottom guiding mode to improve the guiding degree. Some small flow through control valves often use the valve seat guide way. Straight through single seat control valve only a spool and a valve seat, is a common control valve.
