Product Introduction

This product has independent intellectual property rights, is suitable for various industries, and can meet the requirements of explosion-proof occasions. Its performance indicators, protection level, and control methods all reach advanced levels both domestically and internationally.

Compared with traditional electric actuators, the SE series products have significant improvements in mechanical, electrical control, servo motors, manual mechanisms, etc., fully reflecting the advanced technology of the times. Users find it simpler to use, and it can achieve complete connectivity with various control systems.

A complete protection system includes stroke protection, over-torque protection, signal disconnection protection, motor overheating protection, phase correction, and phase loss protection, etc. At the same time, various faults and statuses have passive contact outputs. The actuator itself is equipped with an operation button, facilitating on-site debugging and maintenance.

Product Technical Features

•  High protection level structural design

1. The SE series electric actuators pay full attention to the design of the sealing structure at the interface during the overall planning of the machine, using circular, long stop, sealing ring, and other combined sealing design methods to ensure that the protection performance of the joint surface reaches IP68.

2. Considering the actual working conditions of customers, a double sealing structure design is adopted. The external wiring terminals and control units are isolated and sealed.

3. The sensing element uses an 18-bit multi-turn absolute encoder, allowing the SE series products to truly achieve non-intrusive settings and debugging without opening the cover. This ensures that each product maintains the sealing surface in its factory state from start to finish.
