1. Product Introduction

1. Enclosure protection

The actuator shell is made of high-pressure cast aluminum alloy shell, and the outer surface is coated with epoxy powder. It has strong anti-ultraviolet, corrosion resistance and high fullness, which can comprehensively improve the service life and self-cleaning of the coating and adapt to various harsh production environments. Enclosure protection class up to IP67. In explosion-proof places, it can meet the requirements of Exd II BT4 standard.

 

 

2. Power transmission

The main drive of the actuator is composed of high-strength alloy worm gears and worms. Precision processing reduces the transmission resistance to the greatest extent. In addition, it is combined with lubricating oil that adapts to different environmental temperatures to make it fully lubricated and more adaptable to different environmental conditions., Also maximize the service life.

 

 

3. Structural design

Compared with the traditional structure of the electric actuator, MC series products have greatly improved whether it is machinery, electrical control, motor, manual mechanism, etc., fully reflecting the advanced technology of the times.

 

 

4. Sealing structure

The actuator adopts a double-seal design structure, and the joint surface is designed with a circular structure. The combination of long stop and sealing ring ensures good sealing performance and ensures that the actuator can be completely waterproof, dustproof and prevent the intrusion of various gases. The standard product protection grade is IP67.

5. Hand/electric operation

The MC series electric actuators are side mounted handwheels. When the power is off, the actuator can be operated directly through the hand wheel.

6. Moment measurement

The professionally designed torque measurement system can realize actuator overload protection. The mechanical torque measurement system achieves the purpose of measuring torque by using the deformation of the force measuring spring. And by adjusting the position of the torque switch, to achieve torque adjustment.

7. Output Interface

The actuator flange conforms to the ISO5211(GB12223) standard, and the movable connection can provide the shaft interface or other special customized interface according to the customer's requirements.

8. Motor monitoring and protection

The motor adopts low inertia, high torque servo motor, so that the motor can quickly reach the peak torque after starting;

Overheating protection: There is a precise temperature sensor in the motor. When the temperature exceeds the rated value, the motor is prohibited from running and the motor overheating alarm information is displayed to avoid damage caused by the motor overheating.

Instantaneous reversal protection: The instantaneous reversal delay control technology is adopted. When the reverse operation signal is received during the operation of the actuator, the control system will stop first, and then perform the reverse action after delay to prevent the damage of mechanical transmission parts.

Electronic brake: Adjustable electric actuator through the dead zone setting and electronic brake, to ensure that the valve stops in the set valve position.

9. Accurate valve position stroke measurement and protection

The actuator uses an absolute encoder to measure the valve position stroke, which has a high angular resolution. The encoder is integrated with magnetoelectricity. In the case of loss of power supply, manual operation of the actuator does not need to worry about the loss of valve position. The advanced boundary anti-jitter technology is adopted to ensure high-speed, stable and reliable output data, and effectively improve the stability and reliability of the system.

10. Highly integrated control circuit

Mature and reliable control circuit design, through large-scale integrated circuit technology, reduce the number of discrete components, improve the overall reliability; the use of inertial adaptive step control strategy to effectively solve the problem of motor inertia, to achieve accurate positioning, improve control accuracy. As the main part of the intelligent type, the electrical control module has the functions of remote control, emergency action, remote holding, remote opening, remote closing, etc., which elevates the valve electric operation mode to a higher level.

11. Intelligent self-detection, diagnosis and protection function

It has intelligent self-checking and error alarm function. When the electric actuator is connected to the power supply, it will automatically detect the functional components of the actuator to ensure that there is no fault. In the course of operation, the functional components are monitored in real time. Once a fault occurs, the actuator will be prohibited from running immediately, and the on-site and remote alarm signals will be sent out at the same time, so that users can quickly find out the cause of the fault and recover in time.

Automatic phase sequence identification: Using photoelectric isolation phase sequence automatic identification circuit, the user can access the power line according to any phase sequence, and the valve always runs in the correct direction.

Lack of phase protection: the lack of any phase of the three-phase power supply prohibits the operation of the motor and displays the lack of phase alarm information.

Prohibit delay protection function: when the control model is input at the same time, the system is disabled and automatically delays reversing.

ESD protection: flexible emergency protection function is provided. The emergency action control mode is set through parameters, and the action mode during emergency protection can be set separately, such as full open, full close or hold position. (Intelligent)

Control state protection: the remote, on-site or stop state can be locked through the mechanical lock on the electrical box cover to avoid misoperation; for changing parameter settings, a password is required to enter the setting interface.

12. Infrared remote control function (intelligent)

The actuator adopts advanced infrared remote control technology, and the man-machine dialogue can be carried out through the sealed dialogue window without opening the actuator box cover. The intelligent remote control includes remote switch control, remote automatic control, on-site stop and other functions. Remote assistance operation function, instead of a single manual operating system, more convenient, simple, safe and effective.

 

 

13. Field control (intelligent)

The magnetic rotary switch is used to realize the control state conversion between field and remote, on-site switch valve control and parameter setting of electric device in the state of being completely isolated from the electrical box.

14. Bus control function (intelligent optional)

The communication module adopts an independent structure superimposed on the main board to meet the needs of different communication media and different communication protocol systems. Currently supported communication protocols are Modbus, PROFIBUS and so on.
