Positive and reverse use comparison: under normal circumstances, the angle type regulating valve is installed in the forward direction, that is, the bottom into the side out. The purpose of the reverse use of the angle control valve is to improve the imbalance and reduce the wear of the valve core, and it is also conducive to the flow of high viscosity, easy coking and suspended particulate media, and avoid coking and blockage.

Angle type control valve flow path is simple, small resistance, under normal circumstances suitable for positive use (installation). However, in the high pressure drop situation recommend angle control valve reverse use, in order to improve the imbalance and reduce the spool, but also conducive to the flow of the medium, to avoid the control valve coking and blockage. Angle control valve in reverse use, in particular, should avoid a long period of small opening, in order to prevent strong oscillation and damage to the spool. Especially in the trial production stage of chemical plant, due to the low load of trial production, the design process conditions can not soon meet the requirements, the reverse use of the angle type control valve should be as far as possible to avoid a longer time of small opening condition, in order to prevent the angle type control valve damage. Under normal circumstances, the angle type control valve does not recommend reverse use, in the high pressure difference, high viscosity, easy coking and suspended particles containing medium recommend reverse use. Reverse use, should avoid long-term small opening operation, especially in the test run should pay attention.
