I. Product Introduction:

Self-acting pressure regulating valves require no external energy source; they utilize the energy of the controlled medium itself as the power source. Based on mechanical principles, the controlled medium is introduced into the actuator to generate a force that pushes and controls the valve core element's vertical displacement, achieving automatic regulation of the pressure before or after the valve, resulting in an energy-saving product for constant pressure or pressure reduction. This product's characteristic is its ability to operate in locations without electricity or air, with the pressure setpoint adjustable during operation. Employing a quick-opening flow characteristic, it features sensitive action and good sealing performance. It is applied to the automatic control of gas, liquid, and steam medium pressures in industrial equipment used in petroleum, chemical, power plant, light industry, and dyeing industries.

The series includes three structural types: single-seat (ZZYP), sleeve (ZZYM), and double-seat (ZZYN); two actuator types: diaphragm and piston; and two action types: pressure reduction using post-valve pressure regulation (Type B) and pressure relief using pre-valve pressure regulation (Type K). Nominal pressure ratings are PN16, 40, and 64; valve body diameter ranges from DN20 to 300; leakage grade options are II, IV, and VI; flow characteristic is quick-opening; and pressure segmented regulation ranges from 15 to 250 MPa. Combinations can be customized to meet user operating conditions.

II. Product Features

1. Self-acting pressure regulating valves require no external energy source and can operate in locations without electricity or air, offering both convenience and energy savings.

2. Fine and overlapping pressure segmentation ranges provide high adjustment accuracy.

3. The pressure setpoint can be continuously adjusted during operation.

4. For post-valve pressure regulation, the ratio of pre-valve pressure to post-valve pressure is 10:1 to 10:8.

5. Rubber diaphragm detection provides high actuator detection accuracy and sensitive action.

6. The pressure balancing mechanism ensures responsive and quick control of the regulating valve.
